Altenew is celebrating parents, not only with this hop, but also with a very important card drive. Their goal is to send cards to the elderly who live in nursing homes and shelters, to let them know they're not forgotten. We want these important people to feel loved, celebrated and honored and we need your help!

For my first card I used the Best Dad stamp and Die Bundle. There are so many wonderful elements in this set, which would be perfect for any style. I combined this with the pattern paper and enamel dots are from the New Day Card Kit. I colored the images using copic markers.

Now, I wanted to create a card for my mom. For which I used this pretty layered Watercolor Bouquet stencil. I am so happy at the way my card turned out. I also used the Script Word Dies and Floral Garden stamp set from the New Day Card Kit to create the sentiment. Fun right? :)

The mom/dad Altenew stamps are awesome... I only wish their customer service was better - I placed an order back in February and am still waiting for the replacement items (stamps and a dry ink) that were never shipped to me. I have even received another of my orders in the meantime. :(
