Hello friends! I am on the Pinkfresh Studio blog today with a happy and fun Floral gatefold card. I decided to use the Never Give Up stamp/ Dies/ Stencils, Joyful Day stamps/ Dies and the Ornate Trellis Press Plate/ Die for this card.
I started by an 8.5 by 5.5 inches white cardbase. Score at 2 and 1/8th inch mark on both the sides horizontally. Crease the fold and we have an gatefold cardbase.
Next sponge two panels using Mint, Ocean Breeze, Soft Lilac, Sparkling Rose and Passion Fruit inks. Take the first panel as using the Ornate Trellis press plate give the impression. Die-cut this using the coordinating die. Cut this panel in half and adhere to both the folds using 3d foam. Adhere the second panel to the inside of the card.
Stamp the floral image from the Never Give Up stamp using Detail Black ink. Use the stencils and the same ink colors as we used above to add colors using the 1/2 inch blender brushes. Die-cut the image using coordinating dies. Die-cut the image one more time using the Champagne Glitter Cardstock. Adhere the image to the glitter cut slightly offset.
Adhere this image the the left side of the card panel with 3d foam.
Stamp the leaves from Joyful Day stamp set onto vellum using the Calico White ink, sprinkle white embossing powder and heat set. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere behind the main floral image.
Stamp the sentiment, Adhere to a black die-cut slightly off set onto the right side panel.
