Sharing a card which was on the Taylored Expression Blog a couple of weeks back. As soon as I saw this die-cut plate, I had this idea in my mind and I am so happy, it came out exactly how I envisioned.
I wanted to create a white elegant card with a touch of gold and glimmer. You can check out how I created it HERE
Hope this card makes you look at your dies differently :)

Hello Friend!
I decided to make a CAS card today. I love these cute Dinos from the Prehistoric Pals stamps and dies. I decided to used the dies and then adhered some patterned paper from behind the die-cuts. For the grass I simply used the watercolor brushstroke stamp...Love the effect. Some ink sponging, sequins and an embossed sentiment :)

Planner Time!!
Hello Everyone! Spring is finally here and hope it brings some warm weather. Flowers are blooming now :)
I want to share this little personal size planner from Fun Stampers Journey, which I decorated using the Celebrations collection by Richard Garay. This line has everything from florals to party stuff, balloons, hats etc...
I am new to planner world so I don't have many things yet, but while decorating it I was having too much fun, so you will see me making lots of embellishments and stuff :)
I am sharing the weekly spread for April here as it's very special week for me. My younger daughter is going to be 12!!! Where does time fly?? I still feel like she was just born yesterday. Love her sooo much and her coming to me all the time for hugs :)
So, I used balloon stamp and stamped using various inks from Celebration and FSJ.
I then stamped the flowers using generation stamping technique to give some deapth. I used florals as our 2 weeks Spring Break start this week :)
Then I stamped the Sentiment, again using the generation stamping for some added interest. Finally used some patterned paper to create my clip and strips. and love the color pops of a little washi tape and star enamel embellishments.
Do you use a planner? I would love to know what all you decorate it with or what your favourite part of decorating is? Do you make your own embellishments or just buy them :)
Lot more coming soon.
Have a nice day!

RG Journey Girl Locket
Hello Everyone!! Today I have something different to share. What..."Jewellery" YES!!! I love these Journey Girl Locket as I can personalize them as I want. You can put the pretty charms which are available or get a bit creative and create to your own liking.
For today, I decided to give it a touch of Switzerland :)
So let's go to Switzerland's most famous mountain: The Matterhorn - mystical, majestic, kind of tooth shape pyramid :) You all must be familiar with it as it's on the packaging of the famous Toblerone Chocolates!
I decided to draw and watercolor one for my locket. For the texture I used Ranger Crackle Paint.
While creating this I got another idea...Do you know the national flower of Switzerland? It's "EDELWEISS" and my inspiration
I am very happy with the result. Hope you get some inspiration to create lockets from your country or a country you're going to for holidays...the possibilities are endless.....

Hello Everyone!! It's Tuesday and that means I have a card up on the SugarPea Designs blog :) So after having lots of gloomy days we had a little sunshine for few hours a few days back and it made me so happy. Juts a little sunlight makes such a big difference. So I had the theme "SHINE" in my mind and saw this stamp set and rest is history....lol

Special Day
Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing a card using the "Celebrations collection" by Richard Garay. This collection has fun and bright feel to it and is perfect for most of the celebrations. I made this Rainbow 3D balloon using the new stamps/dies in the collection. I used the rounded big balloon die from "Balloon Fun Stamp/Die combo"
I added lots of clear wink of stella so the balloon glitters. It was difficult to capture in the photo but I think you will get an idea from one of the close-up photos.
I also created the cloud background using Vellum, and love how it turned out :)

If you are looking for the International Scrapbooking Day Celebrations with Richard Garay, please click HERE.
Hello and Welcome everyone! Today we are celebrating 2nd. Birthday of SugarPea Designs with a special hop and have tons of wonderful creations by the DTs and guests!
I created a fun card by mixing various stamps and dies. It is so easy to mix and match all the elements using various products by SPD.
I used this cute Birdie from "Everyday is Christmas stamps and matching sugar cuts", the balloons from "Tons of Fun stamp set" and the frame using "Polaroid Journal Frame" dies.
I colored the images using Copic markers and applied Glossy accents to some. I also stacked the frame with 3 more die-cuts to give it some dimension.
Here is the list of all the hop participants:

Amazing You!!
Hello and Happy International Scrapbooking Day!!
Now to many it wouldn't mean anything but for us crafter's it's a special day!! I know my hubby didn't quite get it when I was creating this LO a bit late at night...lol
There is lots of inspiration throughout the day over at RG's blog using some of the yummy products from his collections. I used some from the "Lumberjack Days and Make Amazing collection" by Richard Garay.
This is a photo of my daughter when she was in "Kindergarten"and her teacher got married this day and we were invited to join the ceremony. All the girls had these handmade floral crowns and a rainbow pinwheel :) And I instantly fell in love with the floral dies from the "Lumberjack Days" collection, which is just perfect for this photo!
And here are some step by step:
Die-cut the flowers using a thick white cardstock and arrange onto the page.
I used Journey Gel Medium to adhere them to a 12 by 12 white cardbase. Then I applied Journey Gesso all over the page. Let dry.
I then applied various ink spray mixed with water for the watercolor effect.
Finally, a bit of modelling paste through the FSJ Starburst Lines stencil. Let dry.
Once the background was done, I adhered the photo and some of the patterned papers from the Make Amazing 6 by 6 pad. The sentiment is stamped onto vellum is also from the Make Amazing collection.
