For todays card, I used Watt's Up? Stamp set. This was a sweet Incentive set. Wanna know more about it! Click HERE
I stamped the images onto my mat layer and these days I am really enjoying creating backgrounds using acrylic block and ink. It gives this wonderful texture :)
I then colored inside the bulbs using white pencil and then some blues/Pinks. Finally I applied some glossy accents.
