Sending you sunshine....

Today I watched the video by my favorite Jennifer at Hero arts blog. Since I love this technique so very much, I made another card with it. It looks really cool n pearly in real. Hope you can see it in the close up. I embossed my flourish in red ep. instead of usual white and then distressed and spritzt some pearl water.

To finish it added some pearls to give some dimension and Embossed my sentiment with red ep.

Daisy card

I made this card for the challenge at the sugar bowl, which is to use Sugar nellie stamp and the sketch n the colors. Another challenge is at Bunny Zoe to make a girly card. So here is what I came up with....

I embossed the bg with flower wall paper stamp from HA. Used the daisy stamp from Sugar nellie. Did some faux stitching and joined everything together. Hope you like it.

Speaking of Birthdays and CAS cards...my neighbour has her B'day on the 16th. and my card for another CAS challenge here. Its about masking and here I go again with my favorite technique....guessed right...distressing.

I masked the strip and embossed my flower with white ep. and then colored it with distress inks. After that I spritzt it with some pearl water to give a lovely sheen. It looks so cool in real. Now I reversed my masking and stamped flourish bg, embossed with white ep. Put some blings. I dont know if blings are allowed for the challenge, if not please let me know as I have a before bling pic too.TFL.

CAS 007

I wanted to take part in the challenge at Cas-tastic challenge but didn't get enough time. Finally today got some time to make this card, which I made for the B'day of my daughters friend. I hope you like it.

I used my flower wallpaper bg stamp and embossed it with white ep. Then I stamped and colored the Caterpillar and added buttons to it. In the end edged the card with some Antique linen distress ink.

Butterfly

I made this card for 2 challenges. There is Chipie challenge here and PDCC 33. Since I hardly use chipboard...I just managed to find this butterfly for the chipie chip. The colors are from the PDCC challenge.

At Moxie fab, there was this yummy inspiration.

The colors remind me of the summer chrispness with evening sky colors and I just had this idea. After my card was finished I could see its good for another challenge at Suchins as it has faux stitching.
I distressed the bg with pink n orange distress inks and then stamped the old letter writing HA stamp over it in blue. Then I clear embossed the Silhouette stamp and colored the rest with black n brown distress ink. For the white bg, I embossed it with white ep using flourish bg stamp. Lastly I embossed the sentiment with white ep and the Faux stitching with a blue pen.

Summer sailing

Yesterday while driving, I cam across 2 cars transporting the boat and that made me feel, summer is really here. So I made this card with the boat inspiration.

I did the BG distressing first to make it look like a sea shore. Then spritzt some water and then some pearly water to give that special water shine. For the sails, I embossed different bg Heroarts stamps and embossed it white and then distressed it.

 For the Anchor, I cut it and distressed and spritz with water, to give it metal look. Cord is a normal silver round ribbon.

Boy card

I made this card for a friends daughter and it was perfect for this and this challenge.
