I made my banner using the Epoxy embellishment technique. Love the effect. Here are the colors:

Another fabulous and simple card. The extra depth of the UTEE works well on the banner (and this is where the WOW! UltraHigh powder would be a good substitute!). Good luck in the WOW! Embossing Powder December Challenge.
