Stamperia - Soft Florals & Vintage Charm | Mixed Media Cards

Hello and welcome! I’m so happy you’re here today 😊

I’m sharing two mixed media cards I created using a beautiful collection by Stamperia , and I have to say—these kinds of projects are exactly why I love crafting. There’s something so relaxing about layering soft florals, vintage elements, and a bit of texture to bring everything to life.

What I especially love about Stamperia’s mixed media collections is how versatile they are. While they are perfect for rich, layered projects, they also work beautifully for clean and simple cards—you can easily let just a few elements shine and still create something striking.

Now, if you are in Europe, you can buy these products at Viola Craft shop (code: ISHAGUPTA FOR 10% OFF). I have added the products below for some of the US shops. Hope this helps.

For both cards, I kept the base simple and let the details do the work. I started by adding soft ink blending in the background using Distress Oxides—keeping one card in fresh greens and the other in warm pink tones. This already sets two completely different moods, even though the elements are from the same collection.

From there, I began building the scenes. On the first card, I created a cozy, storybook feel with the little birdhouse, books, text stamping and florals.

I love how it feels calm and peaceful—almost like a quiet garden corner. The “Enjoy!” sentiment just adds to that soft, comforting vibe.

I enjoy sitting in my garden for quiet me time, looking at the flowers, listening to the chirpy birds.

The second card feels a bit more romantic and elegant. I used the floral frame as the main focal point and layered in the “Nature” and “Love” elements to create a gentle, vintage look.

The pink background helps everything feel warm and slightly dreamy.

To finish both cards, I added a few splatters for that imperfect mixed media touch—it’s a small detail, but it really helps bring everything together.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope this inspires you to pull out your favorite papers, play with layers, and create something that feels uniquely yours

Stamperia - Timeless Adventures | Mixed Media Journal Page

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here today 😊

Recently, I came across some gorgeous products from Stamperia, and I instantly fell in love with their style. There’s just something about their designs that sparks your creativity right away—it feels like you can let your imagination run freely and create something truly unique every time.

Now, if you are in Europe, you can buy these products at Viola Craft shop (code: ISHAGUPTA FOR 10% OFF). I have added the products below for some of the US shops. Hope this helps.

There’s something so captivating about the Gardens of Time collection from Stamperia by Antonis Tzanidakis- every element feels like a story waiting to be told. For this journal page, I wanted to lean into that vintage, steampunk-inspired charm and create a scene that feels both nostalgic and full of movement.

I started by building a warm, textured background using layers of acrylic paints in soft cream, brown and purple and hints of turquoise for contrast. Once the base was dry, I added subtle stencilling, stamping and splatters to bring in that beautifully layered mixed media look.

The focal point came together with a combination of die cuts—a vintage clock, a detailed locomotive, and this striking character that instantly adds personality to the page. I layered everything to create depth, tucking in small gears and embellishments to enhance the timeworn, mechanical feel.

To finish, I added the “Timeless Adventures” sentiment, which perfectly ties the whole composition together. It feels like a little window into a journey through time—where every detail has its own story.

This page was such a joy to create, and I love how effortlessly this collection helps you build rich, layered designs.
What I enjoyed most about creating this piece is how it pushed me a little outside my usual approach. It’s more layered, more textured, and definitely more story-driven than what I typically create—and I loved that process.

Thank you so much for stopping by and spending a bit of time here with me. I hope this inspires you to pick up your supplies, trust your instincts, and just see where your creativity takes you

Pinkfresh Studio “The Daydream Edit” Release Blog Hop + Giveaway + VIDEO

Hello crafty friends! I’m so happy to be part of the Pinkfresh Studio "The Daydream Edit" release today. This release has four GORGEOUS washi tape suites, Floral Daydream suite, which has a press plate for foiling and letterpress effect along with, yet another stencil and die combo "Golden Poppies"

For this release, I really wanted to play around and see how far I could take these floral washi tapes, so I ended up making three cards and even a mixed media journal page. It’s amazing how the washi florals can work for both soft elegant clean and simple designs and more textured, artsy mixed media layouts.

Grab a cup of tea and enjoy the creations with me :)
Firstly, I’m sharing two floral cards using the beautiful washi tape from the Garden Grace product suite - one bold and vibrant, and one soft and delicate.

Card 1 – Bold Floral Celebration

For this card, I created a rich red ink-blended background with slightly darker edges to frame the design. I added subtle tone-on-tone stamping for texture.

I also added masked ink-blending for dimension, still keeping the panel one layer.

I finished the cards with a few Ombré Twilight Glitter drops for sparkle.

If you’d like to see the full process of the Red Card, you can watch the video below where I walk you through the steps for creating this card.

Card 2 – Soft Birthday Design

For the second card, I went with a soft pink background and a lighter, more open layout.
I created one main floral cluster and added a bit of black stamped detail in the background for contrast. The sentiment “Happy Birthday beautiful” was tucked into the florals to complete the design.

Card 3 – Clean and Simple spring theme card

I kept this card light and fresh with a soft teal ink-blended background framed with an embossed delicate rectangle frame. The Daffodil floral cluster is the star here - simple, elegant, and easy to put together.

I finished the card with the sentiment
“Wishing you a birthday full of good things” and a few clear embellishments for a subtle sparkle.

Mixed Media Journal – Because Ordinary Days Deserve Flowers

For this project, I wanted to share the versatility of these products, I started by building a soft mixed media background using light washes of color, splatters, and a bit of texture to create an organic base.

I layered the florals along one side to create a flowing, natural composition. I love how they instantly add detail without needing a lot of extra work.

I finished the page with the sentiment “Because ordinary days deserve flowers”—which felt perfect for the soft and relaxed feel of this design.
