I’m sharing a soft and romantic mixed media journal page created using beautiful Stamperia products. This page came together in a very intuitive way, and I loved every bit of the process—from building the background to layering all the delicate details.

I started with a clean page and added soft hints of color using Distress Oxides. I kept the blending light and airy, focusing on gentle pink tones to create a dreamy base without overpowering the focal elements. A few subtle splatters helped add that mixed media feel while still keeping the overall look clean.
The composition is built around a cluster of layered elements—vintage frames, books, florals, and that beautiful clock. I love how Stamperia designs make it so easy to tell a story. Each piece feels like it belongs, and when combined, they create a soft narrative that feels calm and nostalgic.
The open book at the center adds such a lovely focal point, while the surrounding florals and butterflies bring movement and softness. I layered everything slightly off-center to keep the page visually interesting but still balanced.
For sentiments, I chose “Make Memories,” “Have a Beautiful Day,” and “Love”—simple words that perfectly match the gentle mood of the page. They add meaning without taking away from the visual elements.
What I really enjoy about working with Stamperia collections is their versatility. Even though they are perfect for detailed mixed media projects, you can still keep things clean and minimal—just like this page—by focusing on soft colors and intentional layering.
