This is a wonderful card kit. I've never tried a kit before and this looks like I'll take the plunge! Nice cards made with it. I like the Sketched stencil also.

Altenew New Day Card Kit Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello and welcome! I am so excited to be part of the Altenew New Day Card Kit blog hop. It was so much fun creating using the kit...it's versatile and there are so many possibilities to create a variety of styles and projects and that is what I love about it.
You might have come here from sweet Laurie Schmidlin's blog.






When I saw the pattern paper set, I immediately fell in love. I'm pretty sure you've noticed my love for (water)colors. So here's a design showcasing multiple papers from their amazing collection! For the sentiment, I used the wood veneer rectangles and the puffy stickers. To finish, I used the enamel dots included in the kit. Now, I really love these as the pack has both mat and glossy dots in various sizes.



For my 2nd card, I went for the mixed media style. I used various elements from the cut-out sheet. I also used the "Sketched Line" stencil  from the previous release.

Pinkfresh Studio Design Team Line Up & Escape the Ordinary Blog Hop

Hello and welcome! I am super excited to be part of this very special Pinkfresh Studio Design Team Line Up & Escape the Ordinary Blog Hop. You should have come here from the wonderful Elena Roussakis's blog.


I played with some adorable stamps and dies from the June release. 
For my first card, I created the background wash. I then die-cut the delicate heart "Now is the Time", and stamped the flower centers and leaves using the "Say it with Florals" stamp set. This is exactly what I like: mixing and matching various producs ;) Then I colored the sentiment using a black marker and applied lots of wink of stella clear glitter.



For my next card, I used stamps from "Unicorn Dreams" and "Love Scale" stamp sets. I created this mandala design using my MISTI. Embossed it using white embossing powder and then added color wash using distress inks. For some subtle shine, I added wink of stella glitter.



The next stop in the hop is sweet Rebecca Luminarias's blog. 
Now on to the even bigger fun part of  the blog hop (Apart from getting to drool over amazing new products):

Exciting News: Pinkfresh Studio Card Design Team

Hello and welcome to my blog. YAY!!! I am so excited to be finally able to share this wonderful news with you all (It was so difficult to keep it to myself...lol) I am so over the moon and honored to join the Pinkfresh Studio Card Design Team. I've loved there products forever and am now so happy to be creating and sharing my creations with them.

I am a bit hesitant and happy to be working with such a bunch of sweet, helpful and very talented group of creative ladies :)
