{Hambo} Egg-stra Special

It's Wednesday and that means it's time for the new challenge at the Hambo Hoedown Challenge blog. Today I am sharing a card, I made using Hambo Digi Stamp "Bird Egg" . The challenge is to incorporate "FEATHERS"...there are free digis on the blog for you to play with.

I colored the image using Copics, borrowed some feathers from my daughter and the card is ready. Isn't he the most cutest Bird ever...lol

Exciting News


Hello everyone!!!

Today I have an exciting news to share with you all!!! 




Guess what??? I am so very excited to announce that I am in 
Faber-Castell Design-Memory-Craft Guest Design Team (May - August 2013)

They have such amazing products and as you all know, I love colors and coloring :) They have some wonderful products not just for Mixed media Art but also for cardmakers, even for the ones with CAS style. Looking forward to working with a talented group of ladies.

Lil' Inker Designs April Release {Final Day}

Hello and welcome to the final day of the new release by Lil'Inker Designs. We have released superb dies and a stamp set and I am pretty sure you want them all!!

Before I begin, I want to share my happy happy news with you all. I am in the new Guest Design Team at Design Memory Craft Blog by Faber castell . That is just amazing and I am so excited to be among such talented ladies.

For today's card I did some partial die cutting using the stitched scallop border die. Used some lovely pattern papers (a gift from friend), Sequins (a gift from another friend:) These dies are so fun to create with.

I took the inspiration by the Trigger photo at The Moxie Fab World (The flowers, a few colors and the fresh feel.The embroidery reminds me of my mom too and the stitched scallops are perfect for that)

I really love how this card came out. Love all the effect of misting and distressing.

Lil' Inker Designs April release {Day 2}

Today, I thought of going for a very different approach of using a die. I embossed with it, instead. It gives such a soft and nice effect. The Mom and Dad sentiment set is just perfect too.
