Altenew Dynamic Die Cutting Blog Hop + Giveaway - Guest

Hello and welcome everyone! I am super delighted to be a part of the Dynamic Die Cutting blog hop over at Altenew.
You must have come here from the talented Sara Naumann's blog. If not then hop over to the Altenew Card Blog to begin the hop.

For today, I decided to use one die and created 3 cards using 3 different techniques. There were so many dies to choose from but I picked the Layered Medallion Cover Die B. There is also a bundle available for this die with both A and B dies. They can be layered to get beautiful look. Check out HERE to see all the wonderful dies.

For my first card, I embossed the background using the Layered Medallion Cover Die B instead of cutting using the die. I then sponged some distress inks to add color to it.
I then sponged the same yellow ink onto a scrap piece of cardstock and die-cut the "HUGS" from the Script Words Die. I die cut the same using black cardstock too. I then stacked them together and added some glossy accent to it. I used the sentiment "sending lots of" from the Heart Flowers Stamp and embossed it using WOW! opaque white embossing powder

For my 2nd. card, I die cut a white panel using  the Layered Medallion Cover Die B. I then applied versamark ink to it and added WOW! Embossing powders in Vintage Peacock, Spring Breeze, Totally Teal. I then stamped the word "Awesome" from the Super script stamp and die cut it using the Super Script die. I adhered this whole panel to a white cardbase. Love the sparkle and glitter and I am sure it will brighten your day too :)

For my last card, I colored the vellum using distress inks in various colors. I then die cut the vellum using the Layered Medallion Cover Die B. I really like the soft look of vellum. I then stamped the word "Celebrate" from Super Script stamp and die cut it using the Super Script die. I adhered the vellum to the white cardbase and then adhered the sentiment.

Hope you enjoyed the different techniques using the same die. The next stop on the hop is the super talented
Agnieszka Malyszek's blog.

Awesome combination of dies you used here. So you didn't use any markers, right? Just distressed ink?
