I made this card for the challenge at Copic Creations. The theme is doodling...that's the title of my post too:))
I love to doodle, actually I keep scribbling all the time.
For my card I used a small flower stamp from the Mimi in Paris stamp set from penny Black. Masked and stamped them in a row. Colored with copics. For the center used flower soft...love the texture and the Flower petals have glossy accents. Now you would ask, where is the doodling??? Alrighty I made the stem and the leaves with Multiliner and colored in the leaves with copics. I made the tiny butterflies directly with copic. Finally some doodling around the edge of the card.
Hope the closeup shows all the textures.

Celebrate your Day!
I love Colors, it makes me happy. I love Rainbows as its colorful too. Talking about rainbows...that's the challenge at the Embellish blog. Still why am I edgy...Oh!!! in a good way as that's the theme at CAS-ual Friday and Moxie Fab World beautiful borders.
This week we are Getting Edgy! Use your border punches, rip some cardstock, whatever your pleasure to add a fun edge to your Clean And Simple project! My liking for CAS style always makes me happy to participate in their challenges.
For my card, I cut the border strips of white paper, colored them using distress inks and spritzt some perfect pearl water after edging it with some brown ink. Love the subtle pearly shine. Hope its clear in the closeup photo. I then glued the strips in gradient and tied my favorite twines. To finish some color to the edges of the card and a sentiment.

Sew Lovely
2nd. post for today, well cos I wanted to play with my new stamps from Lawn Fawn and some Basic grey pp (from my win at Hero Arts). I used the sketch from the Lawnscaping Challenge blog. Love the challenges there and they have wonderful DT cards too.
I have been thinking about Lawn Fawn stamps for a while and love their cute style. Finally got my hands on it. I really like the way this card came up, just how I had imagined.
Inever hardly use pattern paper so this itself was a challenge for me. What do ya'll think???

Its 25th. June and that means time for
The challenge is a photo inspiration:
Its such an inspiring photo that creating a card was quite easy and I really enjoyed a lot. I am taking part in the hop for the second time (love it). Here is what I came up with:
Love this new GRUNGE ME set. I did some tone on tone effect using versamark ink on the brown cardstock, which looks subtle and nice. May be its bit clear in the closeup photo. Please click on it for a larger photo. Thanks for stopping by.

3rd. post from me today, YAY!!!
Here is another card I made for the challenge by sweet Virginia (love the title - Stamp your Hero heART away...) its to find inspiration. I made my card from another talented sweet lady Jill, who taught me a lot through her creations. Thanks Jill- I admire your work too. Here is Jill's card, which I was inspired by.
My take on it:
Background is colored with few distress inks , spritzt with pearl water and then stamped. I colored my flower using Copics and put some white dots for the highlight. Cut the Hydrangea and adhered it on the white panel using 3D foam. To finish added some bling and twine. This card looks really pretty in real. Couldn't capture the effect in the picture. Thanks for peeking in.
Since its a B'day card, I am submitting it to the Wee Memories Challenge too.

Stamp your Hero heART away....
I wanted to play with my sweet friend Virginia's fun inspired by challenge and I really love when I am able to submit in time. I admire her creative thinking and have learnt so much from her over the past few months. For my card I was inspired by her Card HERE, I like the bold and bright colors she used on the flower. I am submitting this for the Wee Memories challenge too.
I used the Envelop Background stamp for the background. Used distress inks to color the flower and some flower soft in the center of it. Thanks Virginia for inspiring me and helping me out in so many ways.

Embellish Challenge
After a long time I got to play with Embellish Challenge. The theme is Background Stamping, which I really enjoy. The sponsor are Hero Arts (love that company).
Usually I dont combine these colors but that is why I love color challenges because I can challenge myself. Here is what I created.
I created the background first, which is distressed with blue distress inks and clear embossed. I then used green distress inks to highlight that blue. I clear embossed these flowers and curled the petals a bit and layered them together. The sentiment panel is stamped with Envelop background. To finish some twine, some flower soft at the flower center and pierced holes along the edges. Thanks for dropping by.
I am submitting this card for the Embossing challenge at Yvonne's blog too.

Rainbow Block
Hi ya friends. Yay its friday, I am so happy because I could finish my card today as I wont be getting time over the weekend. We have our yearly International festival from our City. So I would be busy cooking...its so much fun.I made this card which I was thinking about as I love this Rainbow colored inspiring photo from Moxie fab Tuesday trigger. Also the new color Block challenge at CAS-ual friday this week.
Here is my Graphic CAS card (Today it felt like I was back at work...lol), using colors from the Trigger photo and blocks from CFC#7.
I cut some plain and DP using my Fiskars punch. Arranged the colors and glued on my center kraft panel. Used some white embossing powder for the sentiment. Used some distress ink on the edges and adhered the center panel onto the card with 3D foam. To finish a touch of twine and blings for the special touch and effect. TFL.

Star...
My 2nd. post for today. As I said, I just love CAS challenges and I really like the CAS-usl Friday Challenge and Lawnscaping challenge# 11
Close up of the snail. Its so cute. Thanks for taking the time to visit me.
This time I used the row with Emboss, Felt and Twine. To start with I drew the Star shape and attached Twine to it. I then stamped this cute snail twice. Once on Red and then skin color felt, I also added some black stickles to the eyes. Cut the stamped pieces and did some felt piecing...lol After that I wrote the sentiment and embossed it with Red ep. Applied some red distress ink on the edges of the center panel and the card. To finish adhered the center piece with some 3D foam.
Stamp: Hero Arts, Twine from The Twinery, Ranger Red embossing powder, Ranger embossing pen, Barn door distress ink

For You
Blogger is playing on me today. I made 2 cards last night for one of my favorite style challenge CAS but could not post them. Finally got time to share them with you. I made this card for the currant challenge at CAS-usal Fridays and Lawnscaping. Gorgeous inspiration cards by the DTs at both the blogs...a must visit. I made the Crepe paper flower for the challenge at Yvonne's blog by her guest Kirstey
For my card I chose the bottom row: Button, Flower and Twine...some of my favorites. Since its a CAS card I wanted to make single layer card, so for the center vines, I masked the area and stamped the leafy vines. Then to give some twist made this Crepe paper flower, to give some coloring I used red distress ink on the orange flower. Looks really pretty in real. For the flower center used my favorite De-Nami button upside down with some twine. The sentiment is a Rub-on. I used some diamond stickles on the button and the tiny flower in the sentiment.

CASEing Jill
This month the muse over at CASE Study challenge blog is one of my favorite Jill Foster. Her creations are pure eye candy. I wanted to participate in the last weeks challenge too but couldnot because of my back problem. Anyhow, I could just manage to be on time for this one. I am also submitting this card for the challenge at Wee Memories which is free for anything. Below is the creation to be CASEd:
Here is my take on it:
Here is my take on it:
(Stamps: Penny Black, Ranger distress inks, Ribbon: PTI, Pearl embossing powder)
I distressed the background with distress ink and stamped over it with the Paisley bg stamp using the same color. For the vertical panel, I used multicolor distress inks and then stamped the same BG stamp using red ink. I stamped the flowers using some felt tip pens and perfect pearl spritz. Cut around them in circle and distressed the edges with 2 colors of distress inks. To finish some ribbon, pricking at the edges and embossed the sentiment. Hope you like my creation. Thanks for peeking in.
